There is Chinese old saying: "Good Tea Comes from High Mountain". Because our tea farm is located at high elevation mountain, our tea grows much slower, but with higher quality. Compared to other places where spring Tie Guan Yin tea is harvested as early as February, we don't harvest our spring Tie Guan Yin until late April. Depending on when Tie Guan Yin tea is harvested, there are spring, summer, fall and winter Tie Guan Yin tea. Spring Tie Guan Yin is usually the best of all, given that it is harvested after tea tree's very slow growth over whole Winter and Spring seasons. Taste the freshness of this Spring Premium tea, and immense yourself in its aroma. You will feel Spring is right here with you.
